We are off on our jollies again!!!! our party of 30 clients set off from Hydebank Wood at 10 am on our exclusive luxury coach bound for Enniskillen driven by Shelly. En-route we stopped off at Sprucefield, for some free time to shop and have some lunch.
After a quick pit stop it was back on the coach and off on the remainder of our journey to Enniskillen where we were warmly welcomed on arrival by Jackie at the Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges. The Killyhevlin is situated overlooking the scenic Lough Erne were most of our rooms where allocated. After a quick check in it was time to hit the bar for some chill out time and sample some of their beautiful cocktails. At the Killyhevlin Hotel we had complimentary use of their Health Club complete with indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and Jacuzzi to name but a few, which some of our clients made good use off to relax and others booked in for massages and other treatments.
Our three-course evening meal in the hotel definitely did not disappoint either it was an absolutely gorgeous meal, and the rest of the evening was spent relaxing in the lounge over some drinks with plenty of banter and craic.
Next morning after a huge Irish breakfast, the majority of us boarded the coach and made the journey to Sligo while others stayed at the hotel to have some pampering time in the hotels Spa.
We had a pit stop at the Glencar Waterfall and teaSHED. Some took the short walk to the bottom of the waterfall to take in the scenery. The teaSHED didn’t disappoint with their beautiful homemade buns and cakes and also their beautiful gift shop. In no time we were back on the coach an en route to Sligo. We had a few hours free time in Sligo to take in the shops although the weather wasn’t in our favour there was plenty purchases made.
That evening Back at the hotel we had another gorgeous meal, and the rest of the evening was spent relaxing in the lounge over some drinks and catching up with friends whilst being entertained by John on the guitar.
As Tuesday morning dawned and after breakfast, we boarded the coach and took the short journey into Enniskillen for some retail therapy and a bite of lunch. Early afternoon we left Enniskillen and made our way home arriving safe and sound back at the Trust at Hydebank were everyone said their goodbyes.
Our thanks go to Michelle and the Board of Directors for organising such an enjoyable trip, and to our coach driver Shelley from Travel Solutions.
